Friday, December 25, he was found guilty and sentenced by Russian justice to 12 and a half years in prison.

The case had obviously shocked in Russia, investigators had found members belonging to the victim in several canals of the city.

But the case had also had an impact in France because the professor was closely linked to the country.

He taught in the school of Marion Maréchal-Le Pen in Lyon.

He was instantly fired after that night of horror.

This man, known for having launched the fashion for historical re-enactments in Russia, also had his Legion of Honor withdrawn as a result of this affair.
