, compared to 7.9% yesterday.



The total number of hospitalized in Italy is 26,659 patients, with a decrease of 511 cases compared to yesterday.

Of these, 2,589 are in intensive care, with a decrease of 35 units.

566,973 people are in home isolation, 4,673 fewer in the last 24 hours.



The total of currently positives in Italy is 593,632 cases, i.e. 5,184 fewer than yesterday.

There are 1,344,785 people discharged and recovered, an increase of 22,718 units.



There are 505 deaths in the last 24 hours for a national total of 70,900 victims of Covid-19 since the beginning of the pandemic in Italy.

The total cases are 2,009,317 (+18,040).

The swabs in the last 24 hours were 193,777 for a total of 25,752,360.

Lazio


The new positives in Lazio return to increase.

"Today, out of over 15 thousand swabs, there are 1,519 cases", announces the Regional Health Councilor, Alessio D'Amato.

Yesterday the new positives were 946 out of almost 13 thousand swabs performed.

The increase is therefore 573 units.

On the other hand, the number of deaths is decreasing: they are 24, while yesterday they were 44. The healed in the last 24 hours were 1,706. 



Emilia-Romagna


There are 1,692 new cases of positivity to Covid in Emilia-Romagna, identified, in the last 24 hours, on the basis of 15,906 swabs.

However, there are still 76 deaths, mostly elderly.

On the other hand, hospitalizations are decreasing.

More than half of the new positives, 742, are asymptomatic, identified thanks to contact tracing and screening activities.

There have been 2,341 recoveries, which bring the total of active cases to 57,299, 94.9% of whom are in isolation at home because they do not need special hospital care.

There are 201 patients hospitalized in intensive care (-6 compared to yesterday), and also those in the other Covid departments, a total of 2,718 (-85).
