The most expensive ingredient in mimosa is canned fish.

You need to spend 129 rubles on them to prepare a portion of salad.

The value of the products was determined based on an analysis of over 23 billion cashier's receipts.

Previously, analysts have calculated the index of Olivier salad.

So, products for preparing a portion of salad for a family of four this year will cost 

355 rubles 60 kopecks (average prices at the end of November).
