Analysts have calculated the cost of mimosa salad

In December 2020, food for making a portion of mimosa for a family of four will cost 289.75 rubles.

Compared to last year, the price increased by 3%, analysts say.

For the calculations, a classic mimosa recipe was used, which includes mayonnaise, cheese, carrots, onions, eggs and canned fish. 

So, mayonnaise in the required proportion costs 31.2 rubles, cheese - 97.5 rubles, carrots - 7.75 rubles, onions - 3.9 rubles, eggs - 20.4 rubles.

The most expensive ingredient in mimosa is canned fish.

You need to spend 129 rubles on them to prepare a portion of salad.

The value of the products was determined based on an analysis of over 23 billion cashier's receipts.

Previously, analysts have calculated the index of Olivier salad.

So, products for preparing a portion of salad for a family of four this year will cost 

355 rubles 60 kopecks (average prices at the end of November).
