On the 23rd, CEO Ahn Chul-soo of the People's Party, who declared a run for mayor of Seoul under the unification of the opposition candidate, opened up the possibility of "we can discuss" the participation of the people.

CEO Ahn said in an interview with a media outlet held at the company in Yeouido on the same day and said, "But I am asking if that is the way to win the election or if it is possible to expand further."

It is the first time that Ahn has expressed his intentions to request the participation of the people after he declared a run for the 20th.

However, President Ahn put emphasis on the importance of re-election next year for the regime change and the necessity of extending extensions midway for this.

To this end, the innovation platform that has been advocated so far can be opened and concrete discussions such as participation and worthiness can be held if necessary.

"The situation is very desperate. If this election loses, the 1st opposition party will collapse, air disintegration, and shatter. We do the same," he said. "If unification fails, the opposition party cannot win the mayoral election, and the presidential election must also be abandoned. "I said.

For this, he stressed that "unification is essential. There is no possibility in mind that it cannot be unified."

He said, "If you agree with these terms, you will be able to openly discuss how to unify."

Representative Ahn also said, "I will do my best to become a single candidate, but even if I don't become a single candidate, I will carry the commission and elect the candidate."

He said, "I gave up the presidency and decided to run for mayor of Seoul," regarding the possibility of a presidential challenge, and regarding whether or not to run during the mayor's term, he said, "Concentrating on the municipal administration and thinking that it will be a solid bridgehead for regime change, he decided to go this path "I did."

He refuted the criticism of some of the people's strength that he wanted to burn a flower pot with a strong tone.

He said, "To have all of their members and to have a whole new person in their organization means that they are going to burn a flower pot."

He said, "I have never been in a flower pot while politics. I have never received concessions," he said and said, "I put down a candidate for the presidential election, but what did those people put down?"

On the point that he decided to run for mayor of Seoul without sufficient preparation, he actively refuted, "I think I am the most prepared than any other person."

He added, "The real estate policy is also a dependent variable in Seoul, and the biggest one is the national policy. The national policy was prepared through the presidential election."
