Earlier, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree to increase the authorized capital of Channel One.
The state will reduce its stake from 51% to 34% and receive a "golden share".
Assistant to the head of state Maxim Oreshkin was appointed chairman of the board of directors of Channel One.
