Rostock (dpa / mv) - In Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, 307 new corona infections had been reported by Tuesday.
This was announced by the State Office for Health and Social Affairs (Lagus) in Rostock.
On Tuesday a week ago there were 322 new cases.
The number of people who died in connection with a corona infection rose by 6 compared to the previous day to 127.
The number of new infections per 100,000 inhabitants within a week fell to 96.3 nationwide.
On Tuesday a week ago, this value was 95.1, according to Lagus.
Three districts and the state capital Schwerin have exceeded the mark of 100 in the seven-day incidence.
In Schwerin it was highest with 160.0, followed by the Mecklenburg Lake District with 159.6.
Rostock continues to have the lowest value by far with 33.0.
According to Lagus, the total number of corona infections confirmed nationwide has now increased to 10,214. 7060 of those affected are considered recovered.
212 corona patients are currently being treated in hospitals, 51 of them in intensive care units.
