“In this regard, I ask you to evaluate the feasibility of amending the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia in terms of introducing a separate article providing for liability for violation of fire safety requirements in social institutions, including nursing homes, hospices, etc., with double an increase in administrative fines in relation to those currently provided for by Art.

20.4 ", - says the text of the appeal.

According to paragraph 1 of Art.

20.4 of the Administrative Code, violation of fire safety requirements “entails a warning or the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of 2 to 3 thousand rubles;

for officials - from 6 to 15 thousand rubles;

for persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity - from 20 to 30 thousand rubles;

for legal entities - from 150 to 200 thousand rubles ”.
