Aurich (dpa / lni) - After the violent death of a man in Wiesmoor, the Aurich public prosecutor brought a murder charge against a 22-year-old.

The accused is said to have killed his friend of the same age for low motives on September 20, the public prosecutor said on Monday.

The two Germans are said to have driven to a gas station together after a party and got into an argument there.

The accused stabbed his friend several times with a knife in the upper body and face.

The victim died from the high blood loss.

The police arrested the suspect that same day.

The 22-year-old has been in custody since then.

He was also charged with drunk driving because he had just been driving his car drunk.
