Güstrow (dpa / mv) - The police in the Güstrow region are investigating another case of deliberate car arson.
As a police spokeswoman said on Monday, a vehicle was set on fire in a public parking lot in the district town on Monday night.
The flames and heat damaged two other cars standing next to it.
The amount of the damage is still unclear.
A political background will be examined.
It was the fourth car fire in Güstrow since the end of November.
In one case, the facade of a supermarket was damaged.
People have not been injured so far, it said.
