The government will, together with the co-operation parties on Tuesday, appoint an inquiry into how a nationalization of the school can take place, writes Dagens Nyheter.
It is mainly the Liberals who have been the driving force in the issue as, according to the party, there are major problems with equality and the quality varies greatly.
- For more than 20 years, we have worked for the school to be re-nationalized because we believe that the communalization of the school did not go well.
For every year that passes, we lose a cohort of children who are not guaranteed to get the best quality that can be obtained in the Swedish school, says Nyamko Sabuni.
According to Sabuni, the state has better opportunities to satisfy teachers' opportunities for competence and leadership development.
