Munich (dpa / lby) - When crossing a pedestrian traffic light, an 82-year-old woman in Munich was hit by a truck and seriously injured.
The 52-year-old truck driver had apparently overlooked the woman when turning at the intersection.
The 82-year-old fell on the ground and was then hit again by the truck, said a police spokesman on Sunday.
She was taken to a hospital seriously injured.
The pedestrian lights displayed green light, the truck driver was also green, the spokesman explained.
The 52-year-old was not injured in the accident on Friday.
