“Joe Biden, it seems to me, knows Ukraine better than the previous president,” Zelenskiy told The New York Times.
He noted that prior to his presidency, Biden had close ties with Ukraine.
According to him, Biden also understands Russians well and the difference between Russia and Ukraine.
On November 7, Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated Joe Biden on his victory in the presidential election.
