SVT Nyheter Västerbotten has on several occasions reported on the so-called pensioner apartments in Gargnäs in Sorsele municipality since it became known that Sorselebo wants to sell them.
Gargnäs residents have protested and the municipal board has appealed to Sorselebo to wait with a sale - but now there is an ad posted on the internet.
In total, there are 7 buildings with 9 apartments with an area of 400 square meters.
The sale is made through a tender.
Last year, it became something of a national news when Sorselebo sold a similar block on Ringvägen in Blattnicksele, the price then landed at SEK 510,000.
