TASS informs about this with reference to the response of the press center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the corresponding request. 

"The draft administrative regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on the provision of public services for conducting exams for the right to drive vehicles and issuing driving licenses, taking into account the proposals received as a result of public discussion, has been sent for approval by interested departments," the ministry's press center said.

The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs also said that in order to increase the objectivity of the exam, the new regulations provide for the possibility of representatives of public associations and other officials of the internal affairs bodies, except for the examiner, in the vehicle during the exam.

Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the draft of a new administrative regulation listed six reasons for not admitting a candidate to the driving license exam.

The department also plans to oblige driving schools to transmit information about the list of students within five days from the start of training.
