Today, the State of Qatar celebrates its National Day under the slogan "We thank you, O Throne," and it also celebrates health sector employees in their honor for the services they provided to society during the Coronavirus crisis.

A Qatari army band performed a special song of remembrance and dedicated to the country's health sector employees, in which it praised their role in fighting the pandemic.

The celebration witnessed a march and a military parade in which different formations of the Qatari armed forces, security forces and police participated, and artillery fired 18 rounds to celebrate the anniversary.

The attendance of the National March 2020 for this year was limited to the families of the health sector and the participating bodies through special invitations, in compliance with preventive measures, to ensure health and ensure the safety of all members of society.

Qatar National Day is the anniversary of Sheikh Jassim bin Muhammad bin Thani, founder of the State of Qatar, assuming power in 1878.
