Wiesbaden (dpa / lhe) - SV Wehen Wiesbaden missed a possible victory in its last game in 2020 in the 3rd soccer league.

The team of coach Rüdiger Rehm came on Friday evening at the last form strong TSV 1860 Munich to a 2: 2 (1: 0) and improved at least temporarily to fourth place in the table.

In the empty stadium on Grünwalder Strasse, Ahmet Gürleyen (17th minute) and Dominik Prokop (52nd) met for the guests.

After a missed big chance by Gürleyen, Löwen striker Sascha Mölders shortened to 1: 2 (74th).

Lorenz Knöferl managed to equalize (83rd).

The Munich team had recently won 5-0 against Waldhof Mannheim and 3-0 in Kaiserslautern, but could not prevail in a hard-fought game against strong Wiesbadeners.

Philip Tietz hit the post for SVWW shortly before the equalizer.

The relegated second division will meet Jahn Regensburg in the DFB Cup on Wednesday before the short winter break.
