Six other people were examined on site by a doctor after the fire on Tuesday evening, the fire department announced.
When the emergency services arrived, flames were already visible from the top floor of the apartment.
The fire brigade was able to rescue the resident seriously injured from her apartment.
She was taken to a specialized clinic.
The police were initially unable to provide any information about the cause of the fire or the amount of damage.
