Kiel (dpa / lno) - According to the state government, 322 new corona cases were reported within one day in Schleswig-Holstein on Wednesday.
That was significantly fewer new infections than the day before (486) and a little more than exactly one week earlier (297).
The seven-day incidence - the value of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants within a week - fell slightly and is therefore 85.6 nationwide.
A total of 19,139 people have been shown to have been infected with the virus since the outbreak of the pandemic in Schleswig-Holstein.
308 people with an infection have died so far.
That was seven more than on Tuesday.
According to the information, 194 Covid-19 patients were treated in the hospitals in Schleswig-Holstein;
29 of them are in intensive care units, 18 need ventilation.
The number of those who have recovered is estimated at 14,400.
