Dusseldorf (dpa / lnw) - Spectacular accident on a Rhine bridge near Dusseldorf: A truck "shaved off" the driver's door of a car whose driver wanted to get out on the shoulder of the A44, as the police reported on Tuesday.
The truck driver continued his journey undeterred.
The 33-year-old driver got away with the shock and minor injuries.
His 23 year old car was totaled.
The Ratinger had lost a burning cigarette in the interior of his car and had therefore stopped on the shoulder.
