Schwerin (dpa / mv) - The Schwerin Zoo opened for the last time on Tuesday before it closes from Wednesday to January 10th due to the lockdown in Germany.
During the partial lockdown since the beginning of November, the outdoor areas were still open, as the zoo announced.
Now not even vouchers could be sold at the zoo cash desk.
The zoo asked for support from its visitors, for example by signing an animal sponsorship or purchasing vouchers.
This can be done by email.
Punctual delivery by post for Christmas cannot be guaranteed.
The validity of annual tickets will be extended by the closing period.
