15 December 2020The meeting between Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte and the delegation from Leu ended after about two hours. 

"It was a long discussion on the merits, we talked about the Recovery plan because we are convinced that this is the great bet facing the government, this opportunity cannot be wasted: citizens would never allow it".

Thus Loredana De Petris, group leader of Mixed in the Senate, at the end of the meeting of the Leu delegation with Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte. 

De Petris explains that "resources must be spent well to relaunch the country. We do not like games and games, we think that the comparison must be made on the merits and we have great confidence in the Prime Minister and in the fact that together we can find a solution for to move on". 

"Citizens and businesses are asking for answers to the economic crisis and the health emergency - added Federico Fornaro, group leader in the Chamber - and we have the duty as the majority forces and the government to give these answers.
