The relevant adjustments concerning the entry of Chinese citizens are as follows:
1. Foreign citizens who come to Belarus from countries included in the "National List of New Coronavirus Infection Cases" must undergo self-quarantine for 10 days after entering Belarus and can leave Belarus after the quarantine period expires.
2. Foreign nationals over six years of age (inclusive) entering Belarus must provide the original, photocopy, or electronic version of the paper version of the negative nucleic acid test report valid 3 days before entry. The report must be written in Belarusian or Russian or English The name of the inspector, the inspection time, PCR (Covid-19), отрицательно (negative) and other information.
3. When Chinese citizens enter Belarus, they do not need to provide a nucleic acid test report if they can provide a certificate of departure within 24 hours after entry.
4. Chinese citizens holding Belarusian long-term and short-term residence permits do not need to provide nucleic acid test reports when entering Belarus.
5. The above regulations do not apply to: (1) holders of diplomatic passports and official passports; (2) heads and members of official delegations; (3) international road transport and international postal transport drivers; (4) aviation and domestic Crew of land and water transportation, crew of international railway transportation; (5) Personnel engaged in stem cell and organ transplantation.
