Dortmund (dpa) - Borussia Dortmund's sports director Michael Zorc has not ruled out the continued employment of the new head coach Edin Terzic beyond the coming summer.
"The contract will initially run until the summer," said Zorc on Monday when Terzic was presented as the successor to Lucien Favre, who was on leave on Sunday.
"The main focus is now on getting the hang of the top again," said Zorc.
"Summer is far away, we will discuss that later."
Dortmund is fifth after the 1: 5 against promoted Stuttgart on Saturday.
After separating from Favre, Terzic had risen from co-coach to head coach by the end of the season.
According to media reports, BVB should have great interest in Borussia Mönchengladbach's Marco Rose for the time after that.
