The investigators have just ended a month on the run.
A 16-year-old minor, suspected of being involved in the murder of a man in Rouen, was arrested in the Mulhouse region, we learned on Sunday from the city's public prosecutor's office.
The victim beaten up
The young man had fled from the closed educational center where he had been placed in the Haut-Rhin.
He is suspected of having participated in the murder of a man whose body had been found naked, his face severely beaten, in the gardens of Rouen City Hall in September 2019. The victim is an elderly man of in his fifties, described as "someone tidy, unknown to the police".
