The situation in Italy and in the world
There are 17,938 new cases in Italy (19,903 yesterday), and 484 deaths, down from 649 in the previous 24 hours.
Today there are 16,270 people recovered from the Coronavirus.
The update is a reminder that in total 1,093,161 are back to health.
According to the bulletin, there are currently 686,031 positives in Italy, 1,183 more than yesterday, an increase that is recorded after days of decline.
The total number of infections is 1,843,712 since the beginning of the pandemic, while the deaths are 64,520.
