The French team took 2nd place on Saturday in the ladies' relay at Hochfilzen, counting for the Biathlon World Cup and won by Norway.

Already second last week in Kontiolahti, the Bleues (Anaïs Bescond, Julia Simon, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet, Anaïs Chevalier-Bouchet) confirmed their great collective strength by taking the podium.

The French women had a very bad start after the first stint provided by Anaïs Bescond (3 errors in prone shooting, 3 in standing shooting).

But Julia Simon and Justine Braisaz-Bouchet have been able to relaunch the machine.

Norway, for its part, took a resounding revenge after its disappointment at Kontiolahti.

Routed in Finland (8th) after seven straight victories, the Norwegians (Knotten, Tandrevold, Eckhoff, Roeiseland) recovered perfectly.

Sweden (Skottheim, Persson, Hanna Oeberg, Elvira Oeberg) finished third.
