Marsilio anticipates steps and breaks with the government: "Abruzzo from red to orange"

11 December 2020 Abruzzo returns to the red zone. The Tar of L'Aquila was due tomorrow, after today's session which lasted about 30 minutes. But the decision came in the evening: the administrative court accepted the Government's suspension request relating to the order with which the president of the Region, Marco Marsilio, had already decided to move to the orange zone last Monday. It now remains to understand what will happen, given that tonight the control room should bring the regions back into the orange band. Decision that, presumably, will materialize on Sunday. For two days, therefore, the return to the red zone is expected with the new closure of activities.
