The two places will work together to advance Ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin will help the construction of the Lanxi city cluster.
It is understood that the agreement centers on the promotion of ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin, and the main measures are to jointly strengthen regional ecological protection and establish a sound joint prevention and control mechanism to strengthen cooperation between the two places.
In terms of strengthening regional ecological and environmental protection, the two places will establish air, water, soil and other pollution control technology exchanges and cooperation, conduct cross-regional environmental impact assessment seminars, and improve the level of source control.
Strengthen the supervision of the water environment quality of the river basin, establish a leading agency for joint prevention and control of water pollution in the river basin, establish a joint meeting mechanism, and increase the prevention and control of water pollution in the river basin and the protection of drinking water sources.
At the same time, strengthen the investigation and management of pollution sources within their respective jurisdictions, rectify hidden environmental safety hazards, resolutely investigate and punish environmental violations, build a legal barrier for cross-regional ecological environment and resource protection, and establish a cross-regional cooperative protection mechanism for nature reserves.
