Stuttgart (dpa / lsw) - With 5295 enforcement orders, slightly fewer evictions of apartments and business premises were initiated in Baden-Württemberg in 2019 than in the previous year.
In 2018 there were 5707, as can be seen from a response from the Federal Ministry of Justice to a question from the left-wing member of the Bundestag Caren Lay.

Without the two federal states, there were 52 260 orders in 2018 and 51 849 in 2017.
It is not recorded whether bailiffs actually carried out the eviction orders.
