The center indicated that the names of non-citizen births, the most widespread in the country over the years, respectively: Muhammad, Ahmed, Omar, Adam, Youssef, Abdullah, Zayed, Ali, Rayan and Seif, while the names of Maryam, Fatima, Sarah, and Aisha came. , Meera, Maria, Alia, Reem, Noor, and Haya are the most common births among non-UAE citizens.

The center stated, through the report, that the name Muhammad alone accounts for 10.1% of the total names of male citizens born annually, and is repeated about 1703 times annually, and the name Zayed came in second place after Muhammad at 8.1%, and it is repeated about 1362 times annually. And in third place is Abdullah, with a rate of 5.6%, and it is repeated about 946 times annually.

While the name Maryam occupied the first place with 5.4% of the names of female citizens born annually, and it was repeated about 875 times annually, and in the second place came the name of Fatima at a rate of 5.3%, and it was repeated about 851 times annually, and the name of Sheikha was replaced in the third by 4%, and repeated about 640 times annually.

The report revealed that the average number of births an Emirati woman gives birth to during her reproductive life is 3.6.

According to the report, the percentage of births supervised by skilled health professionals in the country reached 100% annually, while the percentage of children under five years of age whose births are registered is 100% annually.

The numbers also indicated that there is a high balance between the sexes at birth in the country, unlike many other countries, where the gender ratio at birth was 1.05 for every male, for every female.
