One Sunday afternoon, driving his Porsche Cayenne, he had indeed been flashed at 254 km / h on a portion of the road limited to 110 km / h, south-west of Cholet.
Part of his license plate was then removed.
Summoned to court in April
The sixty-year-old, a resident of the Nantes region, will have to explain himself in April before the Angers court.
"Beyond a heavy fine and a suspension of the driving license, this offense is also likely to lead to the judicial seizure of the vehicle", indicates the newspaper.
