The epicenter was located in the same place as the epicenter of the previous earthquake - in the Kabansky region of Buryatia.

In Irkutsk, shocks of 4 points were felt.

On December 10, an earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 occurred in Buryatia, tremors were also felt in the Irkutsk region.

As a result of tremors in Irkutsk, a number of educational, sports and cultural facilities were damaged.
