Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, whose country has been Azerbaijan's main support in its conflict with Armenia in Nagorno-Karabakh, is visiting Baku on Wednesday.

and, for Turkey, to underline its decisive role in this military victory.
This is a message from the Turkish president to his public opinion, but also to members of the so-called Minsk group, responsible for 28 years to resolve this conflict and co-chaired by France, the United States and Russia.
To the latter, mediator of the ceasefire, Recep Tayyip Erdogan reminds that Turkey intends to play a leading role in monitoring the agreement on the ground.
Ankara and Moscow have agreed to jointly manage a cease-fire observation center.
The functioning of this center and the mission of Turkish soldiers will be at the heart of discussions between Tayyip Erdogan and
his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.
The two men will also discuss the future direct corridor between Turkey and Azerbaijan via the Azerbaijani enclave of Nakhichevan.
