  According to the information provided by China Railway Nanning Bureau Group Co., Ltd., the Nan-Chong high-speed railway has reported frequent good news recently.

On December 2, the Wangzhuang Tunnel of Nanchonggao Railway, which was constructed by the Fourth Bureau of China Railway, was officially opened.

  According to reports, the Nanchong high-speed railway has a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour and a line mileage of 119 kilometers. It is planned to be completed and opened to traffic in 2022.

As an extension of the South-Chongqing high-speed rail, the Chongzuo-Pingxiang high-speed rail project started on September 28 this year. After the completion of the project, Pingxiang, an important port connecting Guangxi to ASEAN, will end the history of no high-speed rail.

The completion of the Nanning-Pingxiang high-speed rail line will complement the shortcomings of transportation infrastructure in China's border areas and enhance the level of economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN.

  Chu Yusheng, chief engineer of the Nanchong Project Department of China Railway 19th Bureau, introduced that the Chaoyang Double Track Bridge is 2,805 meters long and is one of the key control projects of the Nanchong High-speed Railway.

The bridge spans the Wuxu-Datang Expressway in Nanning, Guangxi, with a main span of 100 meters.

Below the construction is a highway, with dense traffic.

On the one hand, it is necessary to ensure the construction progress and quality, on the other hand, it is necessary to ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel under the bridge.

To this end, the construction party adopted a diamond-shaped hanging basket for construction, and dispatched personnel to keep an eye on it 24 hours a day to ensure that nothing went wrong.

  It is understood that the proportion of Nanchong high-speed railway bridge exceeds one-third, and the construction speed of the bridge directly affects the opening time of the entire line.

At present, the piers and abutments of the bridges across the line have been basically completed, and the length of bridge laying has exceeded 55%.

In March next year, all the girder erection work of the Nanchong High-speed Railway will be completed.

  It is reported that the construction of Guangxi’s Fangchenggang to Dongxing high-speed railway is also progressing smoothly. On the morning of November 30, the Beiji tunnel of Fangdong high-speed railway was successfully completed.

As of November 30, 8 tunnels on the entire Fangdong high-speed rail line have successfully penetrated 6 tunnels, and 70% of the tunnel projects have been completed.

Dongxing is also an important port connecting Guangxi to ASEAN. The Fangdong Railway is of great significance for promoting the construction of the “Belt and Road”, advancing the construction of the Dongxing national key development and opening pilot zone, and continuously satisfying border tourism and trade exchanges.
