FC Barcelona suffered its fourth defeat of the season in La Liga on the ground of promoted Cadiz 2-1, Saturday for the 12th day of the Spanish championship, and remains stuck in 7th place in the standings (14 pts), at twelve points from provisional leader Atlético Madrid.
Alvaro Gimenez, on the recovery of a ball thrown in the direction of his goals by Oscar Mingueza, opened the scoring for Cadiz (8th), then the Catalans equalized on a goal against his camp of Pedro Alcala (57th).
But Clément Lenglet, on a missed control, offered the goal of 2-1 to Alvaro Negredo (63rd).
