The second Advent in Saxony is rather gray and cloudy.
Snow is hardly to be expected at the weekend, at most a few flakes in the Vogtland, said a spokesman for the German Weather Service (DWD) in Leipzig.
It will also be significantly milder, temperatures in the east of the country can rise to ten to twelve degrees during the day.
In the west of Saxony they are slightly lower at five to six degrees.
There could be light frost at night.
Even on the Fichtelberg, the highest point in Saxony, the snow cover is very thin at around three centimeters.
Winter will not find its way into Saxony in the coming week either. The temperatures drop slightly. But the weather is gray without significant rainfall.
