Earlier, American leader Donald Trump noted that a major legal action would be filed revealing details of election fraud.
The head of state also stated that there is a sufficient amount of data on falsifications that could change the results of the past elections.
On November 7, a number of media outlets, including CNN, AP, NBC and Fox News, announced Biden's victory in the US presidential election.
Biden later declared himself the winner of the election.
