In addition, the candidate will not be admitted to the exam in case of non-payment of the state fee and the absence of a license from the driving school in which he studied.

“If a decision is made to refuse admission to the exam, the application shall indicate the relevant grounds for refusal.

The applicant is notified of the refusal in admission to the exam in writing, indicating the reasons for the refusal, ”the draft document says.

Earlier it was reported that it will be possible to annul the results of the driver's license exam after the candidate's complaint or if the documents submitted by him are recognized as fake.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs also proposed to reduce the list of gross errors in the license exam, for any of which the candidate receives an unsatisfactory grade.
