Potsdam (dpa / bb) - Because of a violent video published in a social network, the state security is investigating a filmmaker from Luckenwalde (Teltow-Fläming).

The video shows how criminals hunt down actors marked as police officers in a forest and then the shooting of the law enforcement officers is played.
According to Herbst, the state security responsible for political crimes is also examining possible other criminal offenses such as the glorification of violence online in cooperation with the public prosecutor's offices.
The responsible spokesman in the interior ministry, Jan Müller, confirmed the procedure on Wednesday in the interior committee of the state parliament.
The video will be checked in coordination with the Potsdam and Cottbus public prosecutors, he said.
