Augsburg (dpa / lby) - The driver of a bus had an accident in Augsburg with 1.7 per thousand and fled.
Witnesses had called the police because the bus hit a wall on the way to the terminus.
As the police reported on Wednesday, a patrol stopped the bus a short time later on Tuesday evening.
At that time, the 65-year-old driver was driving alone.
How many people were on the bus in the accident has yet to be determined.
Criminal proceedings are now underway against the bus driver and his driver's license has been secured.
