  According to a statement from the organizer, the Urban Renewal Authority, the light show will be staged from the evening of December 1st to 31st. It will be performed every night from 8 am to 10:30 pm, every 15 minutes, and each show will last 3 minutes.

  At the beginning of the light show, it was erected on the central promontory of Marina Bay. It was designed like a clock face with 60 small grids, projecting 60 light beams to form dancing fluorescence, illuminating the night sky of Marina Bay.

  According to the report, for safety reasons, in case of heavy rain or lightning, the light show will be suspended until the weather improves.

The organizer also urged the public not to forget to observe safety management measures while watching the light show. If the scene is crowded, you can consider viewing it off-peak.

  According to reports, in order to avoid crowds increasing the risk of new crown virus infection, the Singapore New Year’s Eve event will cancel the Marina Bay New Year’s Eve fireworks show and replace it with a one-month light show.
