The days go by and look the same in the United States.

After the Thanksgiving break, Arizona and Wisconsin certified their results and Joe Biden's victory on Monday, joining Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada and Georgia.

With his back to the wall, Donald Trump is still betting on a judicial twist more unlikely than ever or on an intervention by local elected officials.

For the tenant of the White House, time is running out: the electoral college must officially vote in two weeks, on December 14.

"Today we signed the certification for the 2020 Arizona election," tweeted Doug Ducey, the Republican governor of Arizona.

Joe Biden officially wins with just over 10,000 votes (0.3 point) over Donald Trump.

He's the first Democrat to win Arizona in nearly 25 years.

Today, we signed the canvass for the 2020 election in Arizona.

I'm grateful to the voters, the county election offices, the county recorders' offices, & the poll workers across the state for their dedication to the success of our election system.

Presidential anger was not long in coming.

After being unleashed last week against the Republican governor of Georgia, Donald Trump attacked Doug Ducey on Twitter, asking why he was "rushing" to certify the victory of Democrat Mark Kelly, who will be able to be sworn in in the Senate.

The US president also retweeted “Governor Ducey betrayed the voters of Arizona”, punctuated with a “TRUE!

".

Donald Trump continues his fight despite serial failures

After a recount that did not change anything, Wisconsin also certified the victory of Joe Biden, with a little more than 20,000 votes in advance, who thus won the 10 major voters at stake.

Now, the six states in which the battle between Joe Biden and Donald Trump was the closest have all formalized their results.

This does not however sign the end of the efforts of the American president.

In Wisconsin, he vowed to challenge the certification in court within the next five days.

He can also do it in Arizona.

In Pennsylvania, he called on local officials to revoke certification.

For the moment, the appeals filed on behalf of Donald Trump - by his lawyers or allies, who denounce fraud without being able to put forward any concrete evidence - are experiencing an unprecedented failure in the courts, with 39 defeats for just one victory.

In Pennsylvania, the lawyer for the American president, Rudy Giuliani, lost his appeal at first instance and then before a court of appeal presided over by three judges appointed by Donald Trump and George W. Bush.

He has promised to take the case to the United States Supreme Court, but there is no guarantee that the highest court will agree to do so.

Rudy Giuliani was forced to admit it before the judge: “This is not a complaint for fraud”.
