President Félix Tshisekedi, who has still not announced a decision after three weeks of national consultations, is he trying to debauch the members of the pro-Kabila majority to have more powers?

In any case, the relatives of the former president do not doubt it.

This Monday, in a statement, the parliamentary majority denounced maneuvers tending to reconfigure the forces present in the National Assembly.

What further crystallize the standoff between the two ruling coalitions.

Low-level maneuvers, corruption,

use of justice in institutional affairs

... Arranged on the stairs of the People's Palace, under a blazing sun, the deputies of the pro-Kabila coalition, the FCC, first rail against the unsuccessful attempt one of their opposition colleague, to bring down the office of the National Assembly, headed by Jeanine Mabunda.

The declaration is signed by 305 deputies, including Didier Manara: "

It is unacceptable that in 2020, the first woman elected to this high office is regularly the victim of extremely violent political harassment by attacks on her person and sexist remarks from another age.

"

FCC deputies also denounce the corruption used, according to them, to overthrow the parliamentary majority, without naming names.

But in recent weeks, it is

the presidential camp

that has been singled out.

For the parliamentary majority, sometimes described as artificial by the camp opposite, this is unacceptable.

The FCC will assume its responsibilities

 "

“

Wanting to buy the conscience of a legitimate elected representative of the people

, underlines Didi Manara,

is to weaken good governance and Congolese democracy and to skew the will of the primary sovereign.

The parliamentary majority identified for the Common Front for the Congo will assume its responsibilities and nothing will be done legally against it and without it.

"

The pro-Kabila do not intend to stop there, adds Didi Manara: “

With all the evidence of corruption it holds, the Common Front for the Congo reserves the right to take legal action against the corruptor and the corrupt.

 "

On the side of the UDPS, we are talking about chimeras.

If some elected officials or pro-Kabila executives approached the presidential camp during the consultations, according to a senior party official, it is the result of an awareness of the danger facing the country.
