It is understood that in September 2020, the General Office of the Ministry of Justice issued the "Division of Labor Plan to Support the Construction of Xi'an "One Belt One Road" International Commercial Legal Service Demonstration Zone."
Xi'an has established the “Belt and Road” International Commercial Legal Service Demonstration Zone Work Promotion Bureau in the International Port Area, and formed a professional team familiar with foreign-related legal services to specialize in the daily operation and service guarantee of the “three centers”.

According to reports, the “Belt and Road” International Commercial Legal Service Demonstration Zone covers the entire planning and construction area of Xi’an International Port District, with core functions of international commercial litigation, mediation, arbitration, legal services, judicial personnel cooperation, and international law identification and research. The Second International Commercial Court, Xi'an Intellectual Property Court, and well-known legal service organizations are important functional supports, aiming to build a full-function, full-ecological chain of international commercial legal service guarantee system.
At the signing ceremony, Xi’an International Port District Management Committee signed a strategic cooperation memorandum with Xi’an Jiaotong University Law School, Tsinghua University Law School, and Silk Road Regional Cooperation and Development Law Research Institute. At the same time, Xi’an International Port District signed a contract with Dacheng Law Firm. Settled in Xi'an "One Belt One Road" International Commercial Legal Service Demonstration Zone.
