The Russian Foreign Ministry called on NATO to stop the practice of "nuclear exchanges"

"Much can be achieved to reduce the risks in the nuclear sphere if NATO stops its practice of so-called nuclear exchange, which leads to the fact that such weapons can be deployed on the territory of non-nuclear alliance member states," RIA Novosti quotes the diplomat.

According to him, this leads to destabilization and "directly violates Articles 1 and 2 of the NPT."

At the end of October, the German military attaché was summoned to the Russian Ministry of Defense in connection with Berlin's participation in exercises with the use of tactical US nuclear weapons.
