November 30, 2020 The Prefects could coordinate, in their respective territories, the organization of the transport system linked to school activity.

This is the provision of a standard, written by the Ministry of Education in agreement with the Ministry of the Interior, which, according to Ansa, is expected to be included in the next Dpcm.

The work of the Prefects, in particular for the metropolitan cities, would be aimed at speeding up the reorganization of transport in view of a full reopening of 100% of high schools.

To bring back to school in the presence of high school and high school students from all over Italy, the government, according to what Adnkronos learns from authoritative sources of the executive, thinks of principals in the area, a sort of control room that will be entrusted , in fact, to the prefects themselves.

They have the task of putting the subjects involved in the return to face-to-face teaching around the table, banned from high school even in the regions at lower risk, i.e. those in the yellow area, thanks to the agreement between the Minister of Education Lucia Azzolina, the manager of the Interior Luciana Lamorgese and the owner of Transport Paola De Micheli.

It would therefore be the Prefects who would have to agree local transport companies, school managers and mayors, so that returns to school are managed avoiding gatherings even on public transport, therefore buses, trams and subways.

And it is not excluded, it is also explained, that the local health authorities are also called to the table,
