Australia, civilians killed by special forces in Afghanistan: investigation concluded

November 30, 2020 - The Australian premier has asked China for an official apology and the removal of a retouched photo posted on Twitter by a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry in which an Australian soldier is seen slaughtering a young Afghan civilian.
Beijing "should be ashamed of such a tweet" attacked Toni Morrison calling the image "repulsive".
The clearly computer-edited photo was posted by top Chinese official Zhao Lijian following the release of a report on crimes committed by Australian soldiers in Afghanistan.
Shocked by murder of Afghan civilians & prisoners by Australian soldiers.
We strongly condemn such acts, & call for holding them accountable.
