Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense told about the transfer of the Kelbajar region of Karabakh to Azerbaijan under the control of Russian peacekeepers.
On the night of November 10, Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia signed a ceasefire declaration in Karabakh.
