29 November 2020 Argentine Justice has launched an investigation into Leopoldo Luque, Diego Armando Maradona's personal doctor, ordering the search of the doctor's home and outpatient clinic.

La Nacion writes it, citing informed sources, underlining that the hypothesis is that of manslaughter, with the suspicion that the sample has not been given adequate treatment, and that Luque is the first suspect.

According to the sources of the newspaper, "by virtue of the evidence that is accumulating a search has been decided. If the irregularities in the Maradona home shelter are confirmed, the crime of manslaughter could be configured".

The searches were ordered by the prosecutor of Benavidez Laura Capra and by the judges and assistant prosecutors of San Isidro, Patricio Ferrari and Cosme Irribaren.
