Micke Syd Andersson will celebrate the first Advent together with parts of his family, and send a greeting to those who celebrate alone.
He encourages the use of technical aids, such as the mobile phone, to keep in touch with loved ones.

He also sends with a tip on how to give yourself love and care in times when it feels tough and lonely.
- Give yourself a hug, because we do not get that many hugs right now, says Micke Syd.
